Why is there such a common belief that after the age of 40, it’s impossible to feel “like you did when you were younger”?

I’m Brian, and I believe that anyone can become fitter, stronger, healthier, and more energized than ever, no matter their age. Age should never be an excuse to feel less vital.

I’m passionate about helping people defy the effects of aging by building resilient, energized bodies that move with joy and freedom. In 2005, a sports injury sidelined me for six months.

I put on weight but learned to live wearing bigger trousers. It was only after a serious health scare that I decided enough was enough. I joined a gym, learned about fitness, nutrition, and positive self-programming, and within six months, I was stronger, fitter, and healthier than I had ever been. This transformation inspired me to become a personal trainer and fitness coach. I wanted to help others achieve similar results.

Now, I work with people of all ages to create effective, customized fitness plans that deliver lasting, positive results. I believe it’s never too late to get fit and healthy, and that with the right mindset and approach, anyone can become the best version of themselves.
